History;; Winter was born to a normal family, for Katagarians. The mom was gone and she was raised by her father, and her brother helped her learn to fight. When she was in her 30s, Winter decided to leave her own time. She traveled around quite a bit, and thoroughly enjoyed the medieval times (but then again what Katagaria doesn't?). Finally she settled in our own time, Setting up base with another panther clan in Twin Cities, Minn. She frequently hangs out at Dante's Inferno and scans people whenever she sees someone that looks interesting. Her brother has followed her throughout time, one step behind, like a stalker, and set up in Twin Cities with her. He just wants to protect his sissy even though he's the runt.
Neural Net;; The neural net is like having a computer in your head. Before someone turns five, there is a series of wires and computer chips implanted into the brain. It allows people from the future to connect with most electronics, cars, and the internet. Imagine being able to access email and any other site without having to stop and gain access to a computer. Email with just a thought and anything else that you can access via internet.
It has a near infinite amount of storage (As much as can be contained in one's brain). It also carries the capacity to scan things and give a very detailed description of the object. With a scan of a person, you are able to tell race, species, age, gender, and sometimes it can pick up on psychic energies.
