she has a sensitivity where it comes to animals ..able to convince even wild creatures to eat from her hand. Has been able to communicate with them since age 5 when a tragic incident almost cost her her life.

Likes;;at least 3 : Books , animals , music , good food,pagan stuff .. classy goth ( not grunge or gore)
Dislikes;;at least 3 abusive bully's, apathetic types,rap music and techno music.
Strengths;;at least 2 physically strong .. knows how to shoot very well and can be damn good with a sward.
Weaknesses;;at least 2 soft hearted towards all creatures (animals) and children. Sucks at math , Chocolate
Habits/Quirks;;at least 3 playfully irreverent,can switch from acting like a lady to cursing in paragraphs in a heart beat .. can flay a person with words and not cus while doing so .. leaving them all but bleeding and having them say yes mam thank you when done. has the Celtic constitution for booze
Ambitions;;at least 2 wants to open her own pagan shop in the french quarter, really wants to try some of the booze at the Sanctuary's bar
Fears;;at least 2 needles......out living loved ones.. becoming an invalid.

Shayla is a bit of sunshine in a dark corner though she has a dark side her self she is warm and strong always trying to help folks who need it.Constantly helping all manner of wounded animals.She has a warped sense of humor (Monty python and Mell Brooks kinda warped)
She is not the type that takes crap from people is not bullied and protective of others who may not be able to stand up for them selves.How ever... she has been known to sit on a roof top behind bars down town at night and shoot plastic pellet s at guys taking a whiz out side.. yes aiming for that! Usually hitting her mark. She figures maybe it will teach them to be more civilized in the future.
likes to sing and dance .. is pretty dern good at both having a voice that is a clear gentle alto.

6 foot tall ,200 lbs large in the bust curvy but not fat really, strong but not over sculpted eyes are Mossy green with amber flecks, hair is a deep copper with honey highlights (red) her ears have a slight point to them as if some where in her ancestry there may have been Fae blood.
clear peaches and cream skin a bit on the pale side like most red heads.
Typical Outfit;; fantasy t shirts and Levis, thin gausy blouses from India broom stick skirts (ankle length) tie die shirts with jeans ... Birkenstock sandals or sneakers.Sometimes wears corsets and black leather pants or with a skirt most outfits include a leg sheath for her dirk.. its a small dirk bearley legal (grins)

Some of her fave pets being a fairly large iguana named dragon she often has sitting on her shoulders with a leash on ... her dog (a 100 lb mastiff mix) named Caliban.. some times seen with a raven near by or on her shoulder(Poe)

Got hierd at LSU to teach ancent religions and ethnobotony the study of what herbs and plants are used by different ethnic groups to heal. She moved south to Cajun country and set down roots .. makes a fine mead (some of interesting flavors) and a good beer.She was abused by an uncle tortured when mom and dad were out of town Auntie and Uncle were supposed to be baby sitting. Auntie was working so ... Uncle decided to play.
She is strong for that .. having kept her sanity he over dosed her and she almost died .. since then she can somewhat speak to animals .. and the dead.
